Club Brew Day

Club Brew Day is when members get together and brew. The host picks the recipe, the ingredients are purchased by RBA (included in your dues) and brewed. We will be brewing a 10 gallon American Pale ale, which will be split into 2 batches each fermented with a different yeast strain so we can triangle test them at the next brew day. We will be meeting at James Bowen’s house in Caddo Mills. We will have the Peanut Butter Chocolate Porter we brewed at the last brew day to drink.
We will also be starting our new brew exchange. We are encouraging everyone to bring three bottles of their brews, either three of the same or three different, we will then redistribute them so everyone gets three new beers to take home, try and evaluate. It’s always great to get feedback on your beer from fellow brewers and always great to taste what others have made.
